Trandar dBphon is high-quality insulation manufactured from Basalt Rock or natural volcanic rock, which is a non-combustible material with a melting point exceeding 1,000°C. It is ideal for fire, thermal, and acoustic insulation applications in buildings. Trandar dBphon insulation is developed from inorganic wool fibers with high airflow resistance, enhancing sound absorption and transmission loss performance better than other fiber types. The material is fire-retardant, does not radiate heat, and features moisture resistance to minimize moisture absorption and maintain long-term insulation performance. It is health-safe, non-asbestos (which is carcinogenic and harmful to the respiratory system), free of CFCs, HFCs, and HCFCs during the manufacturing process, and resistant to mold growth.

In addition, Trandar dBphon features slumping protection and sag-free properties, preventing vertical settling and sagging, extending service life, and continuously maintaining fire, acoustic, and thermal insulation performance. Trandar dBphon can be installed in wall systems, ceiling systems, and roof systems. When installed with Trandar Acoustic products, it helps application areas meet Noise Criteria (NC) standards, which are crucial benchmarks in room acoustic design to create quiet, comfortable, and safe environments for occupants.

The insulation will not sag and accumulate at the bottom of the wall (Anti-Settling) throughout its lifespan, which is crucial for maintaining full acoustic and thermal insulation performance across the entire panel area without leaving gaps at the top of the wall.
