And this was a key challenge for the SPCG Office project, which aimed to create a working environment that is quiet, private, and ideal for crucial meetings.

Origin of the Problem : When an office has multiple functional zones

This office is divided into several key zones, such as:

• Meeting Room for discussions and important presentations

• MD Room (Executive Room) requiring high privacy

• Staff work area
  
  

Although the spaces are well-organized, if the wall structure cannot control sound effectively, issues may arise, such as:

• Meeting sounds leaking into the working area

• External noise disturbing the meeting room

• Reduced confidentiality of meeting information
  
  

For organizations demanding professionalism and clear communication, these noise issues can impact both work efficiency and corporate image.

   

Solution Approach : Acoustic Wall System for Offices

To resolve noise issues between working areas, the Trandar team analyzed the usage characteristics of each zone within the office—such as meeting rooms, executive rooms, and staff working areas—in order to design a wall system capable of appropriately controlling sound transmission.

The solution chosen for this project is Trandar Hitechwall

which is an acoustic wall system developed specifically for office buildings and spaces requiring acoustic privacy. This system is not just an ordinary wall, but a multi-layer Acoustic Wall System designed to help reduce the travel of sound waves between areas.
