Features of AMF Mineral Fiber Ceilings
AMF Mineral Fiber ceilings are high-quality acoustic ceiling systems developed to meet demands in acoustic performance, fire safety, and hygiene. They are ideally suited for office buildings, schools, hospitals, and areas requiring professional acoustic control.
Acoustic Performance
The ceiling panels offer a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.55 – 0.90 depending on the model, helping to reduce internal reverberation and create an optimal environment for communication, whether in meeting rooms, classrooms, or open-plan offices.
Fire Resistance
These ceiling panels are tested according to EN 13501-1, achieving an A2-s1, d0 rating for non-combustibility and low smoke emission. Furthermore, with the appropriate installation system, they provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance, enhancing safety in high-rise buildings and public spaces.
Humidity Resistance
AMF ceiling panels are engineered to withstand humidity levels from RH 95% to 100% without sagging or deforming. They are well-suited for use in hot and humid climates like Thailand's, as well as areas with fluctuating air conditioning systems.
Sound Attenuation
Beyond providing excellent sound absorption within a room, the ceiling panels also help block noise from adjacent rooms. With a Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) ranging from 30 – 40 dB, they enhance privacy for each functional area.
Eco-friendly
Manufactured using partial recycled materials, AMF ceilings are certified by environmental standards such as LEED and ISO 14001, making them ideal for buildings aiming to upgrade to Green Building standards.
Installation
Standard ceiling sizes available include 600x600 mm and 600x1200 mm. Designed for use with the T-Bar Trandar suspension system, ensuring easy, fast installation and convenient maintenance.
