T-One Building by T-One Building Co., Ltd., managed by Khun Wawarisa Bhirombhakdi (heiress of Khun Tan Phromphan), is a Grade A office building with an area of 43,700 square meters and a height of 47 floors. Its structure boasts a twisted design utilizing blue and gold glass, resembling a crystal ball that creates dynamic visual effects as it reflects sunlight throughout the day. The building's appearance changes depending on the viewing angle from all four entrances, aligning with the target audience of modern individuals who break away from conventional thinking. Its unique beauty earned it design awards from BCI Top 10 Architects 2017 Thailand and Asia Pacific Property Award Architecture. Nevertheless, the overall construction of T-One was designed to be an eco-friendly “Green Building”.

T-One Office Building chooses Trandar AMF acoustic ceilings

Because the perimeter walls are entirely made of glass, acoustic products were essential to resolve echoes and sound reverberation issues. Therefore, Trandar AMF ceilings in the Star pattern, sized 600x1200x15 mm with a teegress edge, installed with T24 exposed grid systems, were selected for their exceptional sound absorption performance in office ceiling decorations. These products are certified safe for health and environmentally friendly.

Additionally, green spaces cover up to 60% of the open areas around the building. The project incorporates recycled-content building materials, water-saving plumbing systems and fixtures, sub-metering for cooling tower and landscaping irrigation systems, and ozone-friendly refrigerants for the air conditioning systems.
