🧠 PROBLEM

The challenge for a premier national skyscraper One City Centre (OCC) is that it isn't just any ordinary office building, but one of Thailand's iconic landmark projects.

The challenges encountered were:

• Large office spaces → High reverberation
• High occupancy → Conversation noise
• Corridor areas → Footsteps / Echoes
• Must be both “aesthetic + functional” simultaneously

👉 Simply put “Acoustics must be controlled without compromising design.”

🔧 SOLUTION

When “acoustic ceiling systems” provide the answer for both function and image, Trandar Acoustics became a part of this project.

Through the design and installation of a comprehensive Acoustic Ceiling System throughout the entire building, to systematically solve noise issues.
