When an Office Demands Both "Design" and "Acoustic Control"

The office space of the EEC project was designed to be open and modern, featuring an open ceiling. This design approach gives the space a modern feel and architectural dimension, while at the same time making it prone to sound reflection within the area.

Because without a closed ceiling, sounds generated in the room bounce up to the upper structure and disperse back down into the space. Therefore, the project required a solution that could:

  Solution: Baffle Acoustic Ceiling

  To solve this problem, Trandar ZIVANA was chosen and installed as a Baffle Ceiling

  A baffle system involves installing acoustic panels vertically in a row across the ceiling, while keeping the overhead structure and MEP systems exposed
