Regent Chaam is a premium beachfront resort in Cha-am, where the ballroom was luxuriously designed to accommodate all types of important events, whether it be weddings, corporate events, or VIP parties.

However, once construction was completed and it began actual use, something was found to be wrong because...the sound in the room wouldn't settle.

The cause of the problem was not the size of the room, nor the wall materials, but the multi-layered roof structure.
