📖 Project Story — When a home must accommodate both fun and professionalism

In an era where live streaming and Content Creation have become part of life, having a quality space at home that supports these activities is more crucial than ever.

This project is particularly interesting because the space to be created must support two types of usage simultaneously in one room: a Banquet Room that requires a fun atmosphere and sound that doesn't disturb other areas of the house, and a Live Streaming Room that requires clean, clear, and professional sound sufficient for online viewers.

The design team responsible for this project understood that beautiful design alone was not enough, so they contacted Trandar Acoustics to design a sound system that would meet both usage requirements simultaneously.

🔊 A More Complex Challenge Than Expected — One Room, Two Roles

What made this project challenging was that the banquet room and live streaming room had different sound requirements but needed to be in the same space.

For the banquet room, the main problem was that music, conversations, and various activity sounds occurring during the event should not leak out and disturb other parts of the house, whether it be bedrooms, living rooms, or common areas.

For the live streaming room, another problem was echo and reverberation within the room, which made speech sound unnatural. Online viewers instantly perceive when the sound is poor, and this directly impacts the credibility and enjoyment of the content.

Two problems, requiring two complementary solutions.

✅ Trandar Hitech Wall TSIS71 — Walls that keep sound in the room

TSIS71 was chosen as the primary soundproofing wall system for this room, with a structure designed to effectively block the transmission of sound waves through the walls.

Whether it's a party with loud music or a live stream using loudspeakers, TSIS71 ensures that all sound remains within the room and only the room. Other parts of the house remain quiet as usual.

TSIS71's ability to block both high and low frequencies ensures that even bass sounds from music, which are often a problem for leakage, are completely contained.

✅ Trandar ZIVANA Ceiling System — Ceiling that transforms sound quality in the room

After the TSIS71 walls contained the sound, the ZIVANA Ceiling System stepped in to manage the interior sound quality of the room.

ZIVANA was installed on the ceiling to absorb echoes and reverberations that occur when sound waves hit the upper surfaces, making the sound heard in the room more Natural and Balanced.

For live streaming, this is the difference viewers immediately notice. Speech is clear, there's no distracting echo that makes listening tiresome, and the overall content appears more professional without needing to invest in additional microphones or equipment.

Beyond sound, ZIVANA also features a beautiful design that naturally blends with the room's interior decoration, making the room look good both in real life and on camera for live streaming.

Statistics from the world of Content Creators show that viewers tolerate content with poor visuals longer than content with poor audio, because the human brain perceives anomalies in sound much faster than in visuals.

Therefore, the decision was made to address this problem from the outset, before it became an obstacle to content creation.
