Problem: Small echoes that destroy the organization's overall Productivity

In an Open Space office sound doesn't disappear...it "reflects back" speech is unclear, hard to hearaccumulated noise from multiple sources employees have to expend more energy to focus ultimately = easy fatigue, slower work without realizing it

Solution: Acoustic ceiling that doesn't just "absorb sound" but "controls sound quality"

Trandar chose to use
