🧠 PROBLEM

The challenge of a national high-rise building One City Centre (OCC) is not just a typical office building but one of Thailand's iconic projects.

The challenges encountered are:

• Large office areas → High reverberation
• High usage → Noise from conversations
• Corridor areas → Footsteps / Echo
• Must be both "beautiful and functional" simultaneously

👉 Simply put, “noise must be controlled without compromising design”

🔧 SOLUTION

When "acoustic ceiling systems" are the answer for both function and aesthetics Trandar Acoustics became a part of this project.

By designing and installing a complete Acoustic Ceiling System throughout the building to systematically solve sound problems.

Highlights:

• Black Groove design
• Provides a Modern Premium feel

Role:

• Absorbs sound from walking and movement
• Reduces echo in walkways
