8 meters…but the sound reached the customer's bed

This is the challenge of "sound control" that needs to be truly precise.

The Octo Fetch project in Thonglor is a pub located just across the street from a hotel, approximately 8 meters away. On the other side, there's also a restaurant that requires quietness and a relaxed atmosphere. The question is…how can "internal fun" not become "external noise pollution"?

Problem: Sound doesn't stay only in the room

Sound from pubs, especially low frequencies (Low Frequency) like bass, can penetrate structures and travel further than expected. Even with ordinary walls or ceilings, if the "system is not truly designed for soundproofing," sound can still leak out.

In this case,

a distance of only 8 meters = sound has the potential to directly disturb the hotel, which immediately affects the guests' experience.

Solution: A soundproofing system "designed for the entire structure," not just installing materials

Trandar addressed the problem with a "System Thinking" design, utilizing both ceilings and walls working together.
