The story behind PlanArchitect's meeting room transformation begins

Meeting rooms are often seen as the heart of collaboration, but for many organizations, this space inadvertently becomes a barrier.

At PlanArchitect, the meeting room was designed with three hard-surfaced walls and glass as a primary element. While sleek, modern, and open, this structure creates a common issue found in modern workspaces: severe reverberation and echoes.

Every time a meeting takes place, voices bounce around, making speech unclear, discussions difficult, and communication inefficient. Especially in the workflow of architects and designers, who constantly need to converse, exchange ideas, and brainstorm, a meeting room is not just a place to sit and talk—it is a "creative space" where sound quality directly impacts the quality of thought.

Recognizing this clear issue, PlanArchitect decided not to let it slide and turned to acoustic experts like Trandar Acoustics to co-create a solution that addresses both functionality and aesthetics.

The answer to this challenge is Trandar VOKE — an acoustic wall system specifically designed to control echo and reverberation. Not only does it reduce echoes in meeting rooms for clearer communication, but its contemporary design also seamlessly integrates with the brand image of architectural firms.

The standout feature of Trandar VOKE goes beyond its acoustic performance; it is also engineered for strength, durability, and long-term use. The material offers high impact resistance, alleviating concerns over damage from daily office wear and tear.

Another key innovation is Trandar Goo, a specialized adhesive developed specifically for acoustic installations. It is easy to apply, odorless, allows spaces to be occupied immediately after installation, and most importantly, is free from harmful chemicals, ensuring long-term safety for employees and occupants.

Following the installation of Trandar VOKE, PlanArchitect's meeting rooms underwent a remarkable transformation. Echoes were significantly reduced, communication became smoother, workflow efficiency improved, and the space reclaimed its role as a true hub of creativity.
