📖 Project Story — When a home needs to support both entertainment and professionalism

In an era where live streaming and content creation have become part of everyday life, having a home space that supports these activities with high quality is more important than ever.

This is a particularly interesting project because the created space must support dual functions in a single room: both a party room that requires a fun atmosphere and sound control so as not to disturb other areas of the house, and a live streaming room that requires clean, clear, and professional sound for online viewers.

The design team in charge of this project understood that good aesthetics alone were not enough, so they contacted Trandar Acoustics to design an acoustic system that meets both requirements simultaneously.

🔊 A More Complex Challenge than Expected — One room, two roles

What makes this project challenging is that the party room and live streaming room have different acoustic requirements, yet they share the same space.

For the party room, the main issue is that music, conversations, and various activities taking place during the event must not leak out and disturb other parts of the house, whether it's bedrooms, living rooms, or common areas.

For the live streaming room, a different issue arises: echo and reverberation inside the room make speech sound unnatural. Online viewers notice immediately when audio quality is poor, which directly impacts the credibility and enjoyment of the content.

Two problems require two complementary solutions.

✅ Trandar Hitech Wall TSIS71 — The wall that traps sound inside the room

TSIS71 was chosen as the main acoustic wall system for this room, featuring a structure specifically engineered to effectively block sound waves from traveling through the walls.

Whether it is a loud party or a live stream using external speakers, TSIS71 ensures that all sound stays inside the room and nowhere else, leaving the rest of the house as peaceful as usual.

With TSIS71's capability to block both high and low frequencies, even the bass from music—which is typically difficult to contain—is completely blocked from leaking out.

✅ Trandar ZIVANA Ceiling System — The ceiling that transforms room acoustics

After the TSIS71 walls contain the sound, the ZIVANA Ceiling System takes over to manage the sound quality inside the room.

ZIVANA is installed on the ceiling to absorb echoes and reverberations created when sound waves hit the upper surfaces, resulting in a more natural and balanced sound in the room.

For live streaming, this is a difference that viewers can feel immediately: clear speech, no ringing echo that causes listening fatigue, and an overall more professional content look without needing expensive microphones or additional equipment.
