Bank of Thailand Learning Center

The Bank of Thailand opened the Bank of Thailand Learning Center on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Bank of Thailand. The building housing this learning center holds great significance in Thai history as it formerly served as the country's first banknote printing press building. 

The Bank of Thailand intends for this learning center to be an open space that creates opportunities, inspires, and sparks self-learning and research. It aims to be an integrated learning center featuring modern learning media, diverse learning activities, the BOT Museum, and interesting exhibition spaces to inspire people to take a greater interest in economics.

Anyone who has ever crossed the Rama VIII Bridge must have noticed a building situated along the Chao Phraya River next to the suspension bridge. Its exterior features an old building style with distinctive architecture unlike anywhere else in Bangkok—a building that blends a vintage vibe with modernity in a perfect way.

As everyone knows, it has now been renovated into a brand-new public learning space. Inside, the building comprises a museum, meeting room-style co-working spaces, a co-working space with a coffee shop, a large meeting room, and a library named the HRH Princess Vivadhana Chaibancha Library.
