Echoing Library: How to Fix Noise and Make It Look Beautiful at the Same Time?

              This project is not just about designing school buildings, but is developed under the concept of Learning Environment Design—directly designing environments that promote learning, in collaboration with world-renowned designer Rosan Bosch to create spaces that stimulate creativity, problem-solving, and natural learning.

One of the key areas is the “Library”

A space that requires tranquility, focus, and a sleek, clean aesthetic.

The key design challenge was:
✔ Reducing reverberation within the reading area
✔ NRC value of not less than 0.6
✔ No visible grid lines or ceiling joints
✔ A clean, open, and visually relaxing look when looking up

Because in a reading area, even a slight echo can easily disturb concentration.

                Therefore, the chosen solution is not a standard prefabricated ceiling, but Trandar Seamless Ceiling, a seamless acoustic ceiling system that seamlessly integrates acoustic performance with architectural design.
