Features of AMF Mineral Fiber Ceilings

AMF Mineral Fiber ceilings are high-quality acoustic ceiling panels developed to meet requirements in sound absorption performance, fire safety, and hygiene. They are ideally suited for office buildings, schools,hospitals, and areas requiring professional acoustic control.

Acoustic Performance

The ceiling panels have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.55 to 0.90 depending on the model, helping to reduce internal reverberation and create an environment suitable for communication, whether in meeting rooms, classrooms, or open-plan offices.

Fire Resistance

These ceiling panels are tested according to EN 13501-1 standards, achieving an A2-s1, d0 rating which is non-combustible and low smoke-emitting. Furthermore, with the proper installation system, they can provide fire resistance for up to 60 minutes, enhancing safety in high-rise buildings or public areas.

Humidity Resistance

AMF ceiling panels are designed to withstand humidity levels from RH 95% to 100% without sagging or deforming. They are suitable for use in hot and humid climates like Thailand, as well as areas with unstable air conditioning systems.

Sound Attenuation

In addition to excellent indoor sound absorption, the ceiling panels also help block noise from adjacent rooms with a Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) rating between 30 and 40 dB, enhancing privacy for each application area.

Eco-friendly

Made from partially recycled materials, AMF ceilings are certified by environmental standards such as LEED and ISO 14001, making them ideal for buildings aiming to upgrade to Green Building standards.

Installation

Ceilings are available in standard sizes including 600x600 mm. and 600x1200 mm., designed for use with T-Bar Trandar suspension systems, ensuring easy, fast installation and convenient maintenance.
