Features of AMF Mineral Fiber Ceilings
AMF Mineral Fiber ceiling systems are high-quality acoustic ceilings developed to meet requirements in sound absorption performance, fire safety, and hygiene. They are ideal for office buildings, schools,hospitals, and areas requiring professional acoustic control.
Acoustic Performance
The ceiling panels offer a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.55 – 0.90 depending on the model, helping to reduce indoor reverberation and create an optimal environment for communication, whether in meeting rooms, classrooms, or open-plan offices.
Fire Resistance
These ceiling panels are tested in accordance with EN 13501-1, achieving an A2-s1, d0 rating, which indicates non-combustibility and low smoke emission. Furthermore, with the proper installation system, they provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance, enhancing safety in high-rise buildings and public spaces.
Humidity Resistance
AMF ceiling boards are designed to withstand high humidity levels ranging from 95% to 100% RH without sagging or deforming. They are ideal for hot and humid climates like Thailand's, as well as areas with unstable air conditioning systems.
Sound Attenuation
In addition to excellent sound absorption within the room, the ceiling boards also help prevent noise from adjacent rooms. With a Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) rating between 30 – 40 dB, they enhance privacy for every functional space.

Installation
The ceiling boards are available in standard sizes, including 600x600 mm and 600x1200 mm, designed for use with the T-Bar Trandar grid system, ensuring easy, fast installation and convenient maintenance.
