Trandar Hitech Roof is a systemroof soundproofing specially designed to provide maximum sound insulation performance, along with other key features that add value and utility to the building.

There are 2 options: one with insulation, Option 1 With dBPhon, and one without insulation, Option 2 With out dBPhon. The sound insulation value depends on selecting the appropriate solution for the area of use.

Fire resistant for 3-4 hours (Fire Rated 4 Hr.) when installed as a complete system

The wall system has a fire resistance capability of up to 4 hours, which is a crucial safety feature. It helps prevent fire spread and provides time for evacuation.

It has a high thermal resistance (R-value) of 2.24 square meters Kelvin per Watt (M²K/M), indicating excellent heat insulation performance. This helps reduce heat transfer between the interior and exterior of the building, leading to energy savings from air conditioning usage.

The materials used in the wall system have good moisture resistance, helping to prevent problems caused by moisture, such as mold, musty odors, or material damage.
