• Low ceiling of only 2.50 meters which causes sound waves to reflect back to the speaker quickly

• Two walls are full-height glass which is a sound-reflective material that causes sound to reverberate within the room

• Rubber tile flooring which, despite being easy to clean and durable, does not help absorb sound

• Large glass door which becomes a channel for sound to spread back into the room

These factors continuously caused “echo” and “reverberation,” resulting in unclear listening in the meeting room, indistinguishable speech, and long-term auditory fatigue.

To enhance the sound quality within the meeting room, the team chose to use Trandar Zivana Wall System 

• Trandar Heplar framing (C74 U76) as the main structure to be installed onto the existing wall  
• Trandar dBPhon S50 fireproof, soundproof, heat-insulating insulation
• TranadarZIVANA sound absorbing panel, 25 mm thickness

When all components are installed together as a solution, the sound absorption efficiency will be further improved.

The installation of the sound absorption system in the solid wall area of the room significantly reduced the Reverberation Time (RT60), making communication in the meeting room clearer, and users feel more comfortable speaking, listening, and have increased concentration during meetings.
