"T-One Building" by T-One Building Co., Ltd., with Ms. Warisa Pasakornnatee (heir of Mr. Tan Pasakornnatee) as Managing Director. T-ONE Building is a Grade A office building, 43,700 square meters in size, 47 stories high, located in the Thonglor-Sukhumvit area. It is divided into office spaces, co-working spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and common areas, meeting the needs of new-generation entrepreneurs with a Work Hard, Play Harder lifestyle.

The T-ONE project is designed under the concept of The New age of elite territory CBD office building, allowing tenants to create a workspace unbound by traditional frameworks, suitable for new-generation business people who value a modern, trend-setting image.

The first highlight of T-One is its location. It is the only Grade A office building situated in the heart of the city, in the Thonglor – Sukhumvit 40 area, offering convenient transportation options. The building was designed by the world-class architectural firm Palmer & Turner (Thailand) Ltd. The structure features a twisted design, utilizing blue and gold glass, resembling a crystal ball that creates different visual effects when reflecting sunlight at various times of the day. The building's appearance changes when viewed from its four entrances, suiting the concept of its target audience—the new generation who are not confined by traditional ideas. Its unique beauty earned it design awards from BCI Top 10 Architects 2017 Thailand and the Asia Pacific Property Award Architecture. Overall, the construction of the T-One building is designed to be a "green building" that is environmentally friendly.

And since the side walls are all glass, acoustic products were necessary to solve the problem of reverberation and echo. Therefore, Trandar AMF ceiling in Star pattern, size 600x1200x15 mm, tegular edge, was chosen to be installed with the T24 T-bar frame, which has excellent sound absorption properties, for decorating the ceilings in the office zone. It is also certified as a product that is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.

Additionally, there is 60% green space within the open area around the building. Recycled building materials are used. Water-saving systems are implemented by choosing water systems and sanitary ware that conserve water, installing sub-meters for cooling towers and irrigation water. Refrigerants that do not harm the ozone layer are also used in the air conditioning system.
