Bank of Thailand Learning Center

The Bank of Thailand opened the Bank of Thailand Learning Center on the occasion of its 75th anniversary. The building housing this learning center holds great historical significance for Thailand, as it was once the country's first banknote printing house. 

The Bank of Thailand aims for this learning center to be an open space that creates opportunities and inspiration, sparking self-learning and research. It is intended to be an integrated learning center with modern learning media, a variety of learning activities, a BOT museum, and interesting exhibition areas, all to inspire the public to take more interest in economics.

If you have ever crossed Rama VIII Bridge, you would have surely seen a building located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, adjacent to the suspension bridge. Its exterior style is that of an old building with unique architecture unlike anywhere else in Bangkok, an edifice that seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern elements.

As everyone knows, it has now been renovated into a brand new public learning space. The building houses a museum, meeting room-style co-working spaces, a co-working space with a coffee shop, a large meeting room, and a library, with the library named HRH Prince Vivatanachai Library.
