Driving the Thai construction industry on the international stage

Trandar Group co-driving the Thai construction industry at the ASEAN–China Cooperation and Development Forum on Building Industry 2025 on September 15, 2025, in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

This event was attended by government leaders, association representatives, entrepreneurs, and construction industry experts from various ASEAN countries and China, to exchange knowledge on technology, development, and future trends in the construction industry.

Trandar Group had a significant role in presenting guidelines for developing the Thai construction industry to keep pace with the world, through the application of digital technology, innovation, and rigorous engineering standards to elevate the capabilities and competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs in the region and internationally.

At this event, Mr. Krisada Sathukitchai, as an executive and representative of Thailand, had the honor of being a Keynote Speaker to present on the topic “Digitalization Construction Industry of Thailand”.

He presented the concept of Design to Cash which is a process of integrating digital technology into every stage of construction work, from design, planning, production, installation, and delivery, to cost and revenue management.

This concept also covers data collection and audit data methods to support Smart Construction and Smart Building Supply Chain in Thailand,

along with fostering cooperation with ASEAN countries in utilizing technology to control quality, safety, and maintenance of built structures.

At this forum, Trandar Group showcased its potential through Origami Platform which is a core for developing Smart Construction, making the digitalization of the Thai construction industry easy and fast.

This resulted in significant interest from attendees and raised awareness of Harmony Wazzadu and Harmony Digital at the ASEAN level.

This participation reflects Trandar Group's proactive role in creating positive change for the Thai construction industry, along with building international cooperation networks for sustainable development.
