Trandar Zoundboard sound insulation wall system

Description

The TSIS (Trandar Sound Insulation System) sound insulation wall system was invented and developed by the research team

Trandar Acoustic, using Trandar Zoundboard sound insulation panels with Damping Compound technology

embedded in the panel. It has highly effective sound insulation properties, helping to reduce the transmission of sound energy and with

excellent performance. The panel is fiber cement-based, installed in conjunction with high-quality galvanized steel frames

Trandar Heplar and Trandar dBphon sound insulation.

Features

                                                          ㆍ Trandar Zoundboard panel material has a sound insulation value of 36 dB (STC 36) at 15 mm thickness, and a sound insulation value of

                                                              33 dB (STC 33) at 10 mm thickness. If installed with the TSIS system, it has a sound insulation value of up to 58 dB

                                                              equivalent to a 2-layer brick wall.

                                                          ㆍ Increases room space, reduces wall system size. When installed with the TSIS system, it is 10 cm thinner than a brick wall system.

                                                              For every 10 m wall length, 1 sqm of usable space is gained.

                                                          ㆍ Saves installation time. Easier to install than a drywall system.

                                                          ㆍ Moisture resistant, equivalent to fiber cement board.

                                                          ㆍ Strong and safe.

                                                          ㆍ Has fire resistance standards. Can withstand fire for up to 4 hours (when TSIS58 d160 is installed).

One Cool Studio is the first studio in Thailand to be Dolby Atmos certified for its

sound. This studio will be used for mixing movie audio both in Thailand and abroad. Therefore, the room must have

quality sound insulation. The walls and fabric here use Trandar sound insulation walls, and

Trandar Zoundboard sound insulation panels have high sound insulation values, preventing sound from passing to the other side.

Sound insulation is divided into two types: Airborne Sound and

Structure-Borne Sound. The Trandar Zoundboard sound insulation panel, with dimensions

1200x2400x15 mm, has a sound insulation value of 33 dB. When the entire system is installed, it can achieve sound insulation of up to 77 dB

when installed as TSIS77 d215, using a thickness of only 215 mm.

It also helps with heat insulation, saving energy with a higher thermal resistance value than brick walls. It is lightweight

and does not affect the structure. When installed with the TSIS system, it weighs only 45 kg/sqm, saving time during

installation. It can be installed 10 times faster than brick walls, is safe for health, and is environmentally friendly.

Using Trandar Zoundboard sound insulation walls

This studio is used for filming various advertisements and movies. If sound insulation walls were not used, it would

cause noise disturbance during work and sound might leak outside the studio. Therefore, it is
