3. T-One Office Building, Sukhumvit-Thonglor area
The owner is "Khun Tan Passakornnatee", whom many people know. T-One Office is considered a Grade A office
building, the only one located in the heart of Thonglor - Sukhumvit 40, next to BTS Thonglor. The overall
construction of T-One building was designed to be a "green building" that is environmentally friendly.
And due to the design using all glass side walls, acoustic products are necessary
to solve reverberation and echo problems. They chose to use Trandar Star ceilings, size 600x1200x15 mm,

A famous building in the Rama 3 area, rising 38 floors. MS Siam Tower is a premium and modern office building,
the newest in 10 years, constructed according to LEED Gold standards, committed to environmental care
and energy saving. It is environmentally friendly, using reflective glass that doesn't disturb
nearby buildings, or non-toxic materials for occupants inside the building. One of these is the Trandar
Star ceiling with a tegular edge, size 600X1200x15 mm, installed with a black Groove line grid, width
T24 mm, making it look more beautiful and unique. Mineral fiber contains no paper or cellulose,

5. TRR Building (Thai Roong Ruang), Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road
TRR Building (Thai Roong Ruang) is a new office building for rent, located next to BTS
Chong Nonsi Station, rising 27 floors with views of the Chao Phraya River. And because the building is designed with all
glass, the building chose to use Trandar Star flat-edge ceilings, which make the building look modern, size
600x1200x15 mm. Realizing the importance of potential echoes, the designers decided
to use Trandar Star ceilings from the beginning of installation, because solving reverberation and echo problems later would be
more complicated, and sometimes might require changing or dismantling the entire ceiling system.
