A meeting room amidst sound... yet perfectly quiet.

What needed to happen was not just to “add a room”

but to create a functional space without letting noise become a problem for meetings.

When the room surroundings are never quiet, the walls must work harder than usual.

Ceiling that doesn't let sound linger

Instead of using smooth gypsum ceilings like typical rooms, this project chose Seamless Acoustic seamless sound-absorbing ceiling

for the white ceiling around the cove to help absorb sound, reduce reverberation, and make the atmosphere inside the room more comfortable to listen to.

especially during long meetings or continuous conversations.

And to add dimension to the space, Zivana Ceiling 15 mm thick
was chosen, spray-painted in natural brown with grooves carved according to a design specifically for this project.

Transforming the ceiling from an overlooked element into a prominent feature of the room with a clever design.

This meeting room not only helps control surrounding noise but also creates an atmosphere suitable for actual use

and reflects the identity of the space through a sleek, cool, and detailed design.

but must make every use feel good from the first step inside.
