The installation of partition walls in this project began with installing Trandar Zoundboard soundproofing panels as the main structure of the walls,

before covering them with decorative materials, such as wood-patterned laminate sheets, in the finishing stage.

This sequencing ensures that the soundproofing system functions at its full potential, reducing the need for later demolition

and avoiding interference with the building's electrical or communication systems.

High-ceiling Lobby and Stylish Sound Management

The building's Lobby area is designed to be airy, open, and high-ceilinged, in line with contemporary architectural concepts, which often come with reverberation problems. Therefore, the designers chose to use  Acoustic Ceiling with V Groove Tongue-and-Groove, Smooth Surface to help reduce echo while maintaining elegance and visual comfort.
