or areas requiring high privacy. But for the SAM project, the question from the beginning was…

“If we're going to do it, why not go all out?” And that was the beginning of this story.

The problem wasn't the meeting room…it was the "hallway".

The hallway area of the SAM building is a critical connection point. There is constant traffic throughout the day; conversations, footsteps,
as well as sounds from adjacent functional areas inevitably echo back and forth.

Even though it's not a direct meeting area, the project owner recognized that these small noises
are unconsciously diminishing the user experience quality.

And when investing in renovating the space,

the concept didn't stop at “good enough” but had to be 100% Performance.

From ordinary partition walls to truly sound-controlled walls.

Trandar was invited to analyze the problem and propose a solution different from what was familiar.

Instead of using ordinary partition walls, this project chose to use Trandar Hitech Wall
even in the hallway area — a spot many projects overlook acoustics for.

The walls were designed to do more than just divide space, they also had to help reduce sound transmission, reduce echoes,
and create a calm, quiet, and orderly atmosphere.

“Since we're doing it anyway, let's go all out.”

This is what the project owner said, and it perfectly reflects the concept of the SAM project.

Trandar Hitech Wall was fully installed with a structure specifically designed for sound insulation.
