The Origin of the Problem: Walls that partition rooms... but not sound.

Within Lucky Resource's office, the layout of the areas was clearly defined.

On one side was the Managing Director's room, and on the other was the organization's main meeting room.

Originally, both areas were separated by standard gypsum walls, which looked neat, aesthetically pleasing, and were quick to install.

However, once actual use began, unexpected problems gradually emerged.

• At the same time, sound from the MD's room leaked into the meeting room.
  
  

The walls remained... but "privacy" had disappeared.

For organizations, the Managing Director's room is not just an office,

but a space for decision-making, important meetings, and business secrets.

Likewise, the meeting room requires concentration and an undisturbed atmosphere.

Lucky Resource therefore began to question:

"How can we seriously solve the noise problem,

not just by changing materials... but by changing our way of thinking?"

And that's where Trandar was invited to be part of the solution.

Trandar stepped in… with a perspective that the problem was 'sound,' not just the walls.

Instead of starting with material proposals, the Trandar team began by analyzing the actual use of the space.

The answer was clear: the existing gypsum walls could not meet the sound insulation requirements.

The solution was not a minor reinforcement, but a "dismantling" and "complete system redesign."

The Solution: Demolish the existing walls and replace them with Trandar Hitech Wall.

The existing gypsum walls were completely removed and replaced with Trandar Hitech Wall,
a soundproof wall system designed for real-world office use.
